I sold off lots of my GF cds a while back, I had almost all of them. Those Capitol budget cds I mentioned never get mentioned, but maybe they aren't so bad after all? I never see them used at the shops I go to any more, or I would snap them up. Simply put, the GF cd discography is a big mess not properly sorted out online yet, that I know of. Great track selection and stuffed to the gills with tracks. The 1st GF cd ever, the "Great!" compilation on Pair Records is a nice one, too. Grand Funk Railroad Shinin' On LP Capitol SWAE-11278. It would be very interesting to have a "shoot-out" including these budget line cds. GRAND FUNK RAILROAD Live Album 2-LP + Survival Grand Funk Railroad. Probably flat transfers from whatever tapes Capitol had lying around at the time. I only still have Closer To Home & Survival, but I know the "Red" album, E Pluribus Funk, WAAB, the "Live" album, maybe even a few others exist. They had the lime-green cd faces like the original lps. Some Kind Of Wonderful Grand Funk Railroad I dont have to run around. I picked up a few as cut-outs in a Barnes & Noble shop a few years ago.
